Summary of Changes

Hello, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request updates the allowed version range for the Google and Google-beta Terraform providers across the codebase. By extending the upper bound of the supported version, the toolkit ensures compatibility with newer provider releases while maintaining the established lower bound requirement.

Highlights

  • Terraform Provider Version Update: Updated the supported version range for the Google and Google-beta Terraform providers from '>= 6.9.0, <= 7.25.0' to '>= 6.9.0, <= 7.27.0'.
  • Configuration Synchronization: Updated all relevant golden copy configuration files and artifact expectations to reflect the new provider version constraints.
