Summary of Changes

Hello @sudheer-quad, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

Code Review

The pull request correctly updates the Cluster Toolkit version to v1.83.0 across the CLI and all Terraform modules. This ensures consistency for the new release. I have identified one minor inconsistency in the metadata for an internal Slurm module that should be corrected to ensure accurate telemetry.
