This update is being marked as a breaking change because it alters the resource lifecycle for existing deployments.
With this change, the module now treats the VMs and their boot disks as atomic instance. As a result, any re-deployment on an existing cluster(made from previous release versions) will now force the re-creation of all VM instances.
