What feature(s) are you requesting?

Beam 2.63.0 removed deprecated beam-sdks-java-io-amazon-web-services and beam-sdks-java-io-kinesis. As a result the particular DataflowTemplate cannot be upgraded to Beam 2.63.0 until migrate to AWS2 API
