personally id get rid of the parenthetical.
yes our dependencies can go out of date but... at least thats under our control for devtools and PSI users.

do you mean not including the version and date at all? i think users will get confused if the audit says something is newly available, but they click on it and then it says widely available. for devtools and PSI it will be ~1 month lag, for cli and npm, it would be really long and they may not know what version of baseline data they're on at all.
