Problem
We previously added some components for the site tour to GlotPress core, now that there's a Tour plugin that takes care of site tours, we want to make the GlotPress core able to work with the tour plugin.
Solution
In this PR we remove all old tour components and prepare GlotPress core to work with the new Tour plugin.
