Changing "Mainline" to "ContinuousDelivery" as Mainline is no longer a supported mode.
Updated execute.md for Azure aswell

In executing documentation GitVersion.yml is described with mode: "Mainline". Changing "Mainline" to "ContinuousDelivery" as Mainline is no longer a supported mode.
