This change modifies the acceptable version range for the GitVersion tool, ensuring compatibility with versions starting from 5.12.0 up to, but not including, 7.0.0. This update is necessary to leverage the latest features and bug fixes while ensuring that future changes in version 7.0.0 do not introduce unforeseen issues.
