What are you seeing?

I'm running to this issue when using GitVersion

libgit2/libgit2sharp#2109

This issue has already been resolved upstream, but requires the LibGit2Sharp library to be updated for me to benefit from the fix.

What is expected?

Use an updated LibGit2Sharp which no longer raises an exception.
