Describe the bug

Once i click on the "management" panel in the resource view, I'm not able to assign any permissions to a user or to a group. Please see video

Expected Behavior

I should be able to assign permissions to users or groups

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Open the managment panel for a specific resource
2. Try to assign the perms to a user or a group
