This PR addresses the lament on the forum and adds +a|Aangle to allow changing the angle or azimuth of the text. Also fixes plot3d which did not use the justification set via -Sl.

This PR addresses the lament on the forum and adds +a|Aangle to allow changing the angle or azimuth of the text.
Also fixes some issues in plot3d which ignored the justification set via -Sl's +j modifier.
Two simple graphical tests for plot and plot3d were added to illustrate the effect for angles and azimuths.
