Set width for map roses (-Td) with % values and make it optional #6211
Description
For colorbar it is possible to define its length as % value of the map side.
- I think it would be nice to have the same option for map roses (magnetic and directional). Something like
-TdJTR+w10% - Also maybe we could define a default width value. I think 10% is fine. This would convert +w and optional parameter. So the users could have a directional rose with just
-TdjTR.
