Description of the desired feature

The modifiers to +e and +b that select pain arrow heads etc have no effect for geovectors (-S=), only the Cartesian vectors. We should make the code changes so that those can be used for geovectors as well, and this will also affect grdvector. Currently, we only do a full, filled vector head.
