Let grdinfo -T+a exclude one tail #5923

Description

@Esteban82

From the docs of grdinfo:

-T[dv][+a[alpha]][+s]

Determine min and max data value. ... To exclude the two tails of the distribution when determining the min and max you can add +a to set the alpha value (in percent [2]).

It would be too difficult to exclude only one tail? I am working with an slope map and I just want to remove the higher values.
