Problem Statement

to prevent

• [Bug]: mismatch between configured&reported path to db and the actual used (under /apps) #144

and potentially others since then regular (1000) user would not be able to write to /apps or other system wide folder

Proposed Solution

do installation in docker as root but run as UID 1000 (telegram)
