Description of the Change
This PR automates this process, starting with 4 screenshots to generate in 7 locales.
Closes #766
How to test the Change
Because of the needed permissions for the workflow to run, it needs to be merged first to be run-able.
After merging, this PR creates a new manually action to trigger the screenshot generation.
