• which geo-lookup provider to use.
• which tile-source to use

Create a dedicated admin settings tab for map/geolocation providers.

For OSM offer settings for Geolocation Provider, it's URL, and filters (e.g. by country code). Also one should be able to set a custom tile-layer provider https://{s}.tile.openstreetmap.org/{z}/{x}/{y}.png or provide a custom attribution message.
