Download the file into eclipse

Add the API_File_bigram.txt and API_File_reversebigram.txt into the project using the below dropbox link

Verify that the name of the file is inserted correctly in Data.java in apiRecommendation.Action folder

Right click on the project > Run As > Run Configuration
In the eclipse application, create a new workspace
Any file created in the plugin is saved into this workspace

Run the program by selecting the name of the workspace that you have just created
