Describe the bug

I cannot add a feed anymore.

I tried to add https://mastodon.social/tags/freshrss.rss but got this success (!!) and error message

No log messages

To Reproduce

1. add https://mastodon.social/tags/freshrss.rss
2. see error message

Expected behavior

the feed is imported

FreshRSS version

1.23.3-dev (latest)

Environment information

• Database version: Mysql 5.7
• PHP version: PHP 8.1
• Installation type: self hosted
  -Web server type: Apache

Additional context

it works on demo.freshrss.org (it is not the latest 1.23.3-dev)
