I recognized that when a new podcast episode is available all the old podcats episodes (which I marked as read) also appear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add this podcast to your feeds (I have also more podcasts with the same behaviour): https://finanzfluss.podigee.io/feed/mp3
2. Mark all episodes as read
3. Wait for a new episode
4. See that all the other episodes also appear.

Expected behavior
Also the new episode shoult appear.
