If user uploads a file that name ends with .PDF it doesn't work. When user changes filename extension to lowercase .pdf it works.

If user uploads a file that name ends with .PDF it doesn't work. When user changes filename extension to lowercase .pdf it works.

Please fix uppercase extension problem
