Hi,

I'm running flexget on a Synology DS215j. Installed it using SynoCommunity package, updated setuptools and flexget via pip to newest version (using python 2.7). I did a new installation for a few times now and get database errors randomly when the scheduler starts a task. Most times, there is no error, sometimes there is. Even though those errors occur, the task will run and finish successfully. The error typically looks like this:

OperationalError: (sqlite3.OperationalError) database is locked

I attached the log and three error logs, I was wondering because in the flexget log it only mentions an error log twice.
