Expected behaviour:

telegram notification of flexget.

Actual behaviour:

Cannot send message, : u'Bad Request: URL host is empty

config is no problem.
other tasks no problem. regexp check in tvshows no problem. only series check have problem.

Steps to reproduce:

• Step 1: before August 18 did not have any problems.
