Description
Fixes possible exception when accessing reference via poco when the property has overflow data.
Also simplify the OperationOutcome location to only contain valid expression rather than our DefinitionPath metadata. We have it as an extension, and
IssueComponent.ToStringwill pick it up fromDiagnosticas well now.
