Describe the bug

I want all my requests to www.reddit.com redirected to ord.reddit.com. For that I created a rule like this:

I works well, but I wanted to exclude requests to https://www.reddit.com/gallery/<...>, so I added an exclude rule. It doesn't work. As you see at the bottom in the test field, the requests are still being redirected to old.reddit.com, and it happens in practice too.
