[BUG] Rules Become Ineffective After Restart in Firefox 144.0b6 #317

Describe the bug

  • Header Editor rules become inactive after restarting Firefox (v144.0b6), even though they appear as "Enabled" in the rules list.
  • Rules only take effect after manually toggling them (enable → disable → enable) post-restart.
