Deprecated `FairRunAna::Run(Long64_t)` and replaced by newly introduced `FairRunAna::RunSingleEntry(Long64_t)`. Changed description of `FairRunAna::Run(Int_t, Int_t)` to match the actual function behaviour. Addresses issue FairRootGroup#1397.
