Add a new field-centric teleop opmode BlueTeleOp (auto-aim, intake/spindexer logic, LED control, voltage compensation, Pedro integration and shooter velocity compensation).

Update Blue12OverflowSortedAuto and BlueFarAuto to use mirrored blue coordinates and adjusted poses/headings (replace hard-coded 144-x with mirrored Pose.mirror()), tweak path waypoints and headings for blue side, and update autonomous UI names. BlueFarAuto: remove unused Disabled import, introduce pulseIntakeOut(), rename far_sorted -> far_volume, adjust shooter setpoints/timings, add intake pulse/raceWith stuck detection, modify follower max power settings, and adjust sequencing/waits for more reliable intake/shoot behavior. Both autos now apply an Auto->teleop offset (plus Pose(2,0)) before saving AutoPoseSaver.lastPose.

These changes prepare blue-side trajectories and add a full teleop implementation for competition use.
