### CLI-Changes

CLI's are a complicated ugly beast. Additions or changes to the CLI
should use a DEFUN to encapsulate one setting as much as is possible.

Just to make it super explicit, perhaps:

"Unrelated CLI definitions should not be bundled together."

If path->net is NULL in the bgp_path_info_free() function, then
bgpd would crash in bgp_addpath_free_info_data() with the following
