Improved HSRAC and HSF detection performance and faster running speed.
When a 128x98 pixel video is input.
Before improvement
bench_hsrac_230315-1_old.log
HSF:
Max 30000FPS, Mean 22000FPS
RANSAC:
Max 5100FPS, Mean 2900FPS
After improvement
bench_hsrac_230315-1_new.log
HSF:
Max 55000FPS, Mean 50000FPS
RANSAC:
Max 7000FPS, Mean 6000FPS
CPU utilization is also much lower.
