This PR extends the HoTT TLM implementation to support VSpeak (https://www.vspeak-modell.de/en) turbine ECU telemetry providing turbine vitals: ECU voltage, Pump voltage or PWM depending on turbine type, RPM, Fuel remaining in ml, Fuel consumption in ml/min, EGT, Throttle, and status.

I don't have a turbine (but if someone want to send me one I would certainly destroy it same day) but this looks acceptable as a manufacturer supported extension.

I think you may want to do a pull for the docs repo that documents how turbines are supported over HoTT, so other manufacturers can replicate it easily? Just a short sentence about what brand this is and the 5 fields that are repurposed into RPM and temp
