Description

Fix several errors in multi-PLD quantification to make it work with general multi-PLD and Hadamard as well.

Requirements

• ASL module line 310 crashes for uneven number of volumes - we need to skip in case we have deltams
• Make sure that multiple repetitions are treated correctly for multiPLD. ResampleASL line 265 - make averaging based on PLD vector and don't assume any specific PLD order.
• Clean the code to make the multi-PLD uniquely for BASIL and remove the unused non-BASIL code.
• Clear separation between multi-PLD and single-PLD calls of BASIL.
• Make sure the correct PLDs are used for BASIL.
• Correct all BASIL input and model parameters.
• Configure BASIL for Look-Locker, multi-PLD, and Hadamard.
• Output ATT maps from BASIL.
• Full processing of ATT maps.
