Description

Too strict M0 masking

The problem here was the second step of the M0 masking, before the M0 was smoothed constrained by the mask. M0 masking is based on pGM+pWM as well as on sorted intensities, which included 70th percentile - 99.9th percentile. When tweaking this to the 60th-99.9th percentile, this works.
