Description

Automatically created ROIs or Lesion mask may not be mutually exclusive.
For a given ROI/lesion, the following masks are created:

1. intralesional
2. perilesional
3. residual hemisphere
   4-6: same contralateral.

In central tumors, these masks can be overlapping which creates confusion, and they are best kept apart in a NIfTI.
