When we merge all 10 TestDatasets to a single study, this allows us to also test the Population module with more than 1 "subjects". This requires that the Population module runs with different sequences (e.g. for the sequence-specific masking, which is mainly the susceptibility mask). And update to rawdata

ToDo:

• remove the subjectname (note these in the README.md)
• data set names become sub-names
• move dataPar settings to JSON sidecars (mostly already done)
• move everything to rawdata
• Refactoring xASL_qc_TestDataSets.m such that each section is a separate subfunction that can be called or skipped. Also to integrate functionality that adds a specific option to the DataPar files, such that a new option can be tested for all cases. Including calling FSL when needed.
