Description

A large single-PLD quantification difference between BASIL and ExploreASL.

A large difference is in GE_PCASL_3Dspiral_RX28.0_multiPLD_1 in session 1-5 between BASIL and ExploreASL quantification. BASIL is completely off on single-PLDs - too low values and a large difference between PLDs. ExploreASL works very well in single-PLD. Interestingly, for multi-PLD, BASIL works perfectly and has similar CBF values as ExploreASL in single-PLD.
