Description

xASL_imp_CreateSummaryFile crashes if the tables for missing or skipped scans are incomplete.

Tasks

• xASL_imp_CreateSummaryFile: add fixes for thisSubject.globalCounts.(missing|skipped)_scans
• Fixed comment in xASL_quant_M0, which had the wrong T1 noted

How to test

Run a dataset with 2 visits, where on visit has 2 sessions and the other visit a single session. The conversion worked fine but the summary gave an error because of a non-existing index.
