Description

In some cases, structural volume counts WMH lesions and saves it into a CSV file, but immediately after that fails to find this file. This is most probably an issue in parallelization when files are saved to a common folder and likely cleaned by another worked. We need to move this temporary file saving to the subject folder instead of the common population folder.
