• Quotes were set incorrectly for macOS
• Removal of empty folders didn't work

How to test

Now at least the GE flavors don't crash on macOS. The rest will be fixed in #1273 in 1.11.0. Note that there are 3 dangling tags, that you can ignore (at least I don't know how to delete them). They are reworded to #1273
