Testing the flavor merged in #1170 and following #435.

• aslcontext gives twice an m0scan, and asl.nii.gz contains 2 M0 volumes

In fact, just after dcm2nii itself, there is 1 PCASL and 1 M0:

But somehow the naming goes wrong, could this be fixed with a regular expression? ;)

• Somehow "ArterialSpinLabelingType": "PCASL" (studyPar.json) was incorrectly overriden to "ArterialSpinLabelingType": "CASL" (ASL.json, because this seems to be what dcm2nii outputs?
• PLD should be 2025 according to the protocol PDF file but InversionTime 1525 was outputted by dcm2nii ... is this correct? Or does Chris default to 1525 for GE ;) Henk checks with the Hong Kong guys
