Description

Fix bug introduced in #1142. Root-directory identified like a file was dismissed as non-valid. However, this was identified solely based on a existence of an extension. And a directory can also seemingly have an extension. For example Philips_3DGRASE_5.6.1CBFonly is identified as a file with '.1CBFonly' as the extension. And this prevents from running the import as root directory path is seemingly invalid.
