We should merge motion correction booleans.

Requirements

• bMotionCorrection inside xASL_wrp_Realign should be renamed to x.asl.module.bMotionCorrection
• x.asl.module.motionCorrection should be renamed in all instances to x.asl.module.bMotionCorrection
