Summary

  • Add USELESSKEY-SPEC-0019 for facade-first Rust test author polish.
  • Define clean-project facade example requirements: job, feature set, imports, positive/negative paths, output posture, missing-feature guidance, and boundaries.
  • Wire SPEC-0019 into the specs index, usability plan, and active goal.
  • Mark library-facade-polish-spec done and move facade-first-external-examples to ready.
  • Replace touched lane wording with scanner-policy bypass language instead of the prohibited phrasing.

Boundaries

  • No release prep, version bump, tag, or publish.
  • No facade API redesign, new fixture family, new contract pack, provider compatibility claim, production security claim, broad policy DSL, or installed CLI execution of repo-local proof machinery.
