Summary

  • Record the v0.9.1 post-release audit for GitHub release, workflow, crates.io, removed shims, docs.rs, adoption-regression, claim-proof, verification-pack, and bundle-proof state.
  • Close out the v0.9.1 release lane by archiving the active goal and adding the closeout and learning records.
  • Keep the release story bounded to the adoption-confidence patch: no new claims, profiles, contract packs, badges, or release machinery changes.

  • Added docs/release/post-release-audit-v0.9.1.md.
  • Added plans/v0.9.1-release/closeout.md and linked it from the plan README.
  • Added docs/learnings/2026-05-v0.9.1-release.md and updated the learning index.
  • Added .uselesskey/goals/archive/2026-05-v0.9.1-release.toml and marked .uselesskey/goals/active.toml archived.
  • Updated docs/README.md to link the v0.9.1 audit.

Validation

  • Passed: tag-triggered Release workflow 25989100361 (preflight, publish, and
    elease).
