Summary

  • Adds USELESSKEY-SPEC-0012 to define the CLI proof handoff boundary.
  • Records that executable CLI proof is deferred until the proof engine has a safe reusable surface.
  • Keeps the current user-facing handoff in uselesskey profiles / uselesskey profile <name> --explain, pointing users to cargo xtask claim-proof and cargo xtask verification-pack for actual receipts.
  • Advances the active goal: cli-proof-handoff is done and doctor is ready.
