Add jaccard metrics as acceptable classification metrics

scikit-learn offers [multiple variants of `jaccard` metrics](https://scikit-learn.org/stable/modules/generated/sklearn.metrics.jaccard_score.html#sklearn.metrics.jaccard_score) that we should allow to be used in SKLL.
