Change Description
There was an error in the regex for eosio::name in eosjs-serialize. While there is a workaround to allow developers to use
...as a replacement, it would be better to include this fix in a patch release for v21.Backporting a fix that is in eosjs@edge and eosjs@RC to eosjs v21
