Change Description
Ran yarn upgrade-interactive --latest to upgrade the dependency versions, but a few did require changes as there were major breaking changes, but it was not intensive. Requires eslint-config-blockone to upgrade to v4.0.0 as well which will be done in a separate PR.
Second PR to cherry pick commits to release/22.0.x branch
