Change Description
Adding get_block_info and get_raw_abi to the RPC list of chain_api endpoints. Adjusting getRawAbi to use get_raw_abi, adjusting transact and query to use a more efficient way of constructing the Tapos fields either with information from get_info or changing all calls to get_block to get_block_info.
