This restores edge releases for eosjs. Commits to the
developbranch will push an@edgeversion to npm that contains the short commit has that was published. For example:If the current version is 1.0.0
Commit 1 with commit hash c8a134 is pushed to develop. Performing an
npm install eosjs@edgewould pull in 1.0.1-c8a134.0.This also updates the version of NPM used for builds to 6.4.1 to gain access to the
preidfunctionality innpm version
